Fucking word up to garages. Looks attached, and there simply ain't nothing like parking in your damn house. Though I'm trying to desperately stay away from garage journal, too many fantastic and fiscally irresponsible ideas.
Place looks great! I have the same sheetrock over a concrete footer (apron, MFers), but not the baseboard/trim - those touches look sharp. Did you get lucky enough to have insulated walls/ceiling, too? Garage flooring was gonna be my first splurge, but our grade doesn't pitch water out as it should and so it just puddles...now I'm just waiting for my house to fall into a hole. Que sera, sera.
