If you modify your car you have to be willing to accept the possible consequences - no matter how objective the enforcement is. If that means fighting it court or paying the fines, so be it - but be ready for it. Thats all.
If you tint your windows, install a louder exhaust, have windsheild banners/numbers that obstruct vision, etc, etc...
yeah not to be a dick but you should know ahead of time that as soon as you mod your car you accept the risk of being ticketed that comes along with it, regardless of whether the law is subjective or not. I mean come on, how many posts have we all read like this one? Its not like a bullshit ticket from some dipshit cop is anything new....
