I would bring that up in court. If the officer cannot hear your exhaust while following you with the windows up, I would say that the noise is not excessive, and the judge MIGHT agree with you.
They can't give you MORE than what you got, and your fines might be reduced, so I say take it to court. I also say we should get every MM member to sign a letter to the Governor, SEMA, and our Reps and Senators. Not saying it will do anything, but sitting with our thumbs up our asses doesn't do anything either.
