No not all but you can tell if their an asshole IMMEDIATELY on how they treat you when they speak the first words to you, i treat all cops with the most utmost respect until they don't show me respect also, and it's VERY easy to see when a cop is disrespectful when you are being as polite as possible, so just return the favor. I've only had 1 HPD officer show me even the tiniest bit of respect but the other 9 that haven't make me generalize them.
