my 15 year old seiko has a kinetic charging system that keeps it running just from the movement of walking around, i don't know if they could generate enough power for a smart watch to run on, unless your a 15 year old kid that just got his hands on some leaked icloud photos.
If they started putting a wireless charging pad inside of ipads/macs, you could charge by proximity to your other devices. it'd also be cool to see them build in some solar tech into the face or bands.
