Well, I've had 2 Jeeps now that I've DD'ed/ wheeled. The second one was wheeled a little harder (blacks at Crozet). They received a little body damage here and there. They were both my ONLY source of transportation, but luckily my parents and my brother had an extra vehicle if I needed it. Yes, I've had to use one before
. My current XJ gets beat like it owes me money, but if I had to, I could DD it. And 98% of the time I could beat the shit out of it and it drives (almost) like a Caddy on the way home. Of course, it cost a lot of money to get it that way. In Taylor's case, I understand. He's away from home, it's his only ride, and he can't afford for it to be down. Other than body damage, it could be detrimental if he was to destroy something off road. But you can still wheel it. Round up spare parts, and the mods you do to your truck need to be ones that make the biggest difference. Example, skip the offroad lights and get a winch or bumpers/skids. And remember, body damage never hurt anyone. Chicks dig body damage.
