Curious about tire sizes. Someone learn me.
The 128 currently is running BBS wheels, sized 17x8.5".
I've got tires that are 235/45/17 on them now. Wayyy too much sidewall. It fills the wheel wells and there's no way I could lower the car at all. They rub the fender liners on hard bumps.
What can I get, size-wise, that will fit an 8.5" wheel and give me a thinner sidewall profile? I've looked on Tire Rack for 235/40 and the selection seems very limited. Can a 225 fit on an 8.5?
