Next Im going to try cooking one on the grill (maybe even my wood fired grill) on top of a pizza stone to see how that turns out.

This works awesome. Emily's dad does this every once in a while (although he uses a BGE) and it's so good.

ooooh yeah I can see how the BGE would be perfect for that. Since its ceramic insulated, it essentially IS a small brick oven.
