Well that escalated quickly, and I've reduced my junk t-shirt pile by a substantial amount.

I knew I'd be removing most of that, but after speaking with Delta V and PAS about subframe reinforcement (happy to share privately what they said should anyone be considering this stupid job; I'd rather not pass on a shop's word publicly), I decided to take it all down to at least have a peek. My rule was: if I have a crack, I'd bolt it all back up, order Redish plates, and have someone weld it all up. If there were no cracks, I would order Turner plates and epoxy them.
Good news is - after admittedly only spending a few minutes cleaning up and inspecting each mount - I'm quite pleased to say that I can't find any cracks and the factory spot welds look undisturbed. So I'll order the Turner plates and all that epoxy jazz. As it stands, the lists are as such (this list is as much for me to refer to as it is asking for input/recommendations):
Definitely will do - have parts:
Definitely will do - need to order:

Definitely will do - have parts:
- Diff seals.
- CSB.
- Guibo.
- Transmission mounts.
- Fuel filter.
- Shifter bushings, and selector shaft seal if it doesn't fight me too much.
- Tranny/diff fluids.
- All exhaust hardware.
Definitely will do - need to order:
- Turner reinforcement plates/epoxy/etc.
- Crossmember/v-brace bolt (bolt broke off in crossmember).
- Poly subframe bushings (between AKG and Powerflex, leaning towards Powerflex).
- Upgraded differential bolts.
- Misc: epoxy gun, POR-15, loctite.
On the fence about:
- Rear trailing arm bushings - my current Powerflex's still look fine, but I mean I'm in there and will be getting an alignment anyway.
- Turner camber arms - I don't really need the camber, and I like that the OEM ones are designed to break before something more important does should I hit something.
- Inner/outer balljoints/bushings for upper/lower control arms in rear. Mine are still sealed up, seem solid, and I can't recall seeing any reports of them going bad.
