Ah right, that's what people bolt on when they go to Stage 3. A Golf R is still a realistic possibility in the somewhat distant future. I dunno if it will be in one year or three, but when I do replace this car it will almost certainly be for a CPO MK6 R or a new/CPO MK7 Perf pack.

I am curious to see if gas mileage improves. According to the computer I've been averaging 22.7mpg commuting 14 miles/day, 100% city driving. And he's doing the canned Revo Stage 1 tune, not a custom one.

Used B8s are getting into the mid-$20k range. Throw in another few grand for a turbo, tune and some supporting mods and you're in business. :thumbup:
