What Kaan said. This thread left off last year with needing to test the vacuum, but also had a variety of other loose ends to look into.
If you're tired of dicking with it, get it to a mechanic (if you can't drive it, tow it) and let them trouble shoot it. They probably won't rape you too badly for the diagnostics, especially if you can tell them what was replaced already. I'd rather do that than to buy another car/headache and invite even more work by scrapping a 2nd car and then just have 2 cars that don't run. It doesn't sound like fuel considering what you've done so far, so try the other two parts required to make it run...
Also, if you haven't already, go to an E30-specific forum. You'll get much more specific advice because, you know, they'll be intimately familiar with what it takes to keep these piles running.
