Obviously its more expensive, but putting on a SYE will help you keep the clearance gains you now have from the lift. putting in spacers and droping "X" only allows you to fit bigger tires and not really gain true clearance with what is under the truck.
Im not sure what your truck has... but on Jeeps the slip yoke is what forces the drive line angles, which produces the vibrations. getting a SYE is a long term solution to drive line vibrations that maximize what you have just done with your lift.
