How cheap? Dick's recently had the prior gen AdiZero Ones on sale for like $89 I think That is cheap for that shoe.
Callaway makes about some of the cheapest shoes that are halfway decent. Here is an example: <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.dickssportinggoods.com/product/index.jsp?productId=28434406&cp=4406646.4413989.4414138">http://www.dickssportinggoods.com/produ ... 89.4414138</a><!-- m -->
I had a pair of similar Callaways years ago and they were fine until they started to fall apart (literally). But for $60 that's about as cheap as you are going to find golf cleats. My next pair of cleats was a mid-range Nike Air but they were really not good...my feet were sore usually after one round. The AdiZeros were worth it to not feel like my feet and calves were beat up at the end of a round.
You could also play with a set of soccer turf shoes if you had a pair already and wanted to save money. Freddie Couples plays in like boat shoes, so cleats definitely aren't a "have to have" if you want to put the money elsewhere
