Interesting. That looks pretty awesome. I've been wanting to try this no-knead recipe for cast iron skillet pizza.

I made this and all I can say is I have no reason to order a pizza again. Oh. Em. Gee.


The only thing I would do different next time is to use half the dough..kind of like the directions say haha. It didn't seem like much when it was raw but by the time it cooked that thing RAISED hock: The pic doesn't really show it but thats a thick ass dough. I also used a cake pan instead, turned out great!
