9. Middle class people ride the bus
10. Prices at the airport are mandated to not be marked up
11. No cyclist was killed by a car last year
12. We get less rain than most of the east coast

pretty uninspiring endorsement of Portland. I give shits about somewhere between zero and one of those 26 points, and some of them are either bad, stupid, or wrong.
