Bah I really want to catch up with this so I am going to make it very brief:
2012 Season:

March 12/13 weekend:

Saturday race went very badly. With no rain tires for the qualifying and rain, I would end up 2nd in qualifying. Hoosiers drys dont have much traction in rain:



The start of the race didn't go so hot off the very start. At turn 1, I was mixed in with all of the rest of the GTS folk, and based on confusion on my part, I thought a car was coming into me. I swung wide and into the grass. Unfortunately this put me dead last.


I got back on track and fought my way back to third when I mixed it up with the CMC folk. I attempted to get by them under braking, but a few shifts in the pack meant all the sudden I had no room. I dived off to the right. With the wet grass, I ended up taking a ride.

DOH nut!


Unfortunately, it pushed my fender into my tire so I had to come off track. It also messed up my alignment. You could noticeably see the toe out. For sunday's race, I pretended it didnt happen, and aside from it being twitchy, I came from behind the pack and won!
