I'm bored in class, so i'm gonna make a very quick winter behavior report....cause its not like you guys have ANY IDEA what an e36 is like in the winter lol.
First, it doesn't want to turn on. It does about a thousand cranks and then finaally it breathes life. Second, its grumpy as fuck. Idle is really rough and threatens to shut off and even starts shaking the whole damn car. Gotta hold the revs at 1k to keep it alive. About 3 mins of that and shes back to normal.

Can't get in reverse. Ok. Try again. Can't. Get. Reverse. Engage: manpower! REVERSE SELECTED.
Alright, time to go. Trucking along no problemo. Time to engage second - *slam* - second engaged.
Its pretty much the same story for every gear until about 15 min of driving.
Wow. Ok. I can deal. Then the whole car starts to crook and squeak out of every corner and suspension piece. Oh yeah! Steering gets super tight too.
This car just has NO INTENTIONS of doing any work below 30degrees.
