Anyone heard about this new personal defense round or the company? It looks pretty nuts:

New production of an old concept. Machined bullets are going to mean $$$. The penetration is due to the light weight of the projectile, not especially the bullet design.

Anyway, looks like it's going to fragment like a grenade once it actually hits tissue, so it's probably moderately effective but too spendy, too scary looking for a jury.
