Weird, hopefully the clamp just needs to be tightened and/or the heater core was giving up its final air bubble.
I had to test the Kia's brakes as I left DJs too, a little brown fox darted out into my lane when I was on Wiehle Ave, and just as I'm going into full emergency braking mode changes its mind and flies back into the woods.
