I guess if the tires appear to be original, as in probably a tire model number that isn't made any more, and they appear to have very little wear, then I guess I'd be satisfied. Brake pads, battery should be original, and there should be no tool marks on the brake fluid reservoir or any other service related item I would think.
As far as this being a problem, I'd be worried if the oil has never been changed. Other than that, I guess it's ok? :dunno: It's possible, I guess. People buy bikes for stupid reasons with no plan whatsoever.
