Great progress! My deck was previously stained a non-HOA approved color (and I dont really like the color either). You think a pressure washer would take off the stain?

it depends on what they used. if its a true stain you wont get it off. if its a traditional sealer you will get most of it off. but usually its on there for a while. how old is the deck?

our desk is 8 years old and showing some age. it looked much better AFTER the power wash, but i was still having to replace a board and repair some other planks. It should buy us another 5 years (at least) on the design of the new deck.

this stuff WILL cover other things up but they say you need to power wash AND sand anything that is too "shiny"
