Slow your rolls, children. With a deep enough discount (no chance they'd offer one), yes, I'd buy another VW. From a driving standpoint, they're great. I'd have to think my car and the single service shop I've dealt with are not norms.
Anyway, something busted in the steering rack. I don't have details. It took a 4th call from me to get someone to tell me anything. Messages left with them, never responded to. They said "did you get our messages"? Uh, wat? I don't see any or any missed calls. Cell phones suck, but not that much.
I again mentioned I need the car back. They offer a loaner Passat. Enjoy the grease, fuckers.
