Line up the pulley and tap it on with a hammer.

Then place pump in vice and slowly tighten the vice pressing on the new pulley.

Pretty sure my vice doesn't open up that wide.. I'll just bite the bullet and pay the $30 for the actual tool. Somebody will need to borrow it in the future when the next wave of MM'ers graduate and make the painful pilgrimage to NOVA without any real tools... :bootyshake:

Or just come over and use my press... Not that I live only 15 minutes from you.
