It looks like the bare Milwaukee impact is $50 more than the Dewalt without a battery. Having used them back-to-back 3 weeks ago, the difference is pretty significant. If you don't need to bust rusted stuff loose, then I'm sure the Dewalt would be alright for you. The Milwaukee also felt better made and had better trigger action too. I guess it shouldn't be a big surprise that you get what you pay for with those tools.
