Unmarry the cobb, let your ECU learn for a while, and use the to datalog a session, see what your peak boost pressure is. If you're exceeding ~23psi, your intake is probably to blame.
on my STI with the Standard Wastegate 93OCT map I noticed some exceeding of target boost pressure, so I switched to the 91OCT map and have not really had a problem. I doubt you're taking much of a hit switching to the 91OCT map, but I'd figure out why you're exceeding your boost target first.
Can you still datalog without being married to the ECU?
