Once you find a passenger seat, it takes <10 minutes to install. Car can be driven on the street today; it's ultimately a personal preference on whether you'd want to. I'm hoping to get it to pass state inspection tomorrow if I can source a way to get the front tires to pass.
All that said, I've got a buyer in contract to purchase the car on Saturday IF I can get it to pass inspection. Working hard now on making that happen... He doesn't care about the tires on the car and knows he will need to replace them asap, he just wants the sticker on the car...
