Also, this weekend is my birthday weekend, so I will probably be hungover on Saturday morning.

Would some carnitas be out of place with a chili cookoff?

I'm thinking no, especially if it is an MM Chili Cook-off. Pretty much seems that if the edible item used to walk around and make noise, it's welcome. :thumbup:
