I'm not sure about the whole snuggling and public urination/defecation is what we need in a vice president. I don't remember Cheney or Biden ever wanting to snuggle, though I'm pretty sure I saw Biden taking a dump on the front lawn of the white house once. I might be confusing the time/place/event/person with something else, though.
