in 2009 in prep for the 2010 uncapped season... teams openly talked about doing this. its BS in my opinion.
that uncapped season screwed some people in free agency in 2009. the league had to know this stuff was going to happen.
they just want the eagles and giants on top... super bowl champs + the vick show
