I have been terrible updating this thread. Maybe I will do a little bit today.
Thanks for the concern, I was really concerned as I already have a history of herniated discs and the pain was immense after about 2 days and lasted through the week. I could barely turn my head. Doing my first race was a huge challenge for me and fatigued me far faster than I would have thought. I barely got through the races in October.
