Unless you're Lee and you drive all over suburbia, there's no need to update.

What about major road changes or new roads? New developments or business parks? We just got the ICC in Maryland (Inter County Connector) and that sure as hell won't be on any OEM Nav packs for a while. I don't see how OEM Nav could ever be better unless you start talking voice controls and music storage, but that goes beyond just the nav. :dunno:

All of you who say aftermarket nav units increase likelihood of theft, are you guys that dumb? Take it down when you aren't using it and store it in the glove box. Do you really need to directions on how to get to the grocery store or autozone? Tons of thefts occured in my area last year because morons left their gps units in the cradles stuck on the dash/windshield. Leaving it up is lazy and stupid.
