Well i guess thats a matter of opinion about looks. But tracking a prelude is going to be more expensive than a lighter car, they will chew up tires and brake pads.

So is an EF/EG Hatch or a miata, (or.... hopefully you see where i'm going with this). And will be alot cheaper to maintain. "Fast" is such a relative term, especially if you've never been to any schools. The driver will be the factor limiting your speed for a long time... not the car.
