Uh, ok.
I would not recommend a vtec prelude for a track car but thats just me.
If you want a fun track car, then get a 88-91 Civic Si hatch, do some light suspension mods and put 15x7 wheels with Falken tires and go roll hype-arrrs. Cheap, easy to maintain, and light (doesnt eat up brake pads like my boat).
