well i'm sure it will clear the rotor... its probably the CALIPER you need to worry about.
I dont know how tight the clearances are for the caliper but you are only talking 8mm... but that might be enough to make or break you. If i were you i'd keep whatever have the blizzacks on them and just test fit them when you get the car. then order your spacers if you need them. just jack up one side (be safe about it) and pull both front and rears... test fit and go.
