Unfortunately Axxis Ultimates dont hold up at all on heavier cars. I literally melted a front set on my GSX in a hyperdrive.
HP+ arent that bad actually in my experience, in fact I have a set thats like...my third backup set of pads. I even had Mike D'Amico do an entire weekend on the HP+ in a fully stock M3. He did say they started to fade a bit towards the end of the sessions, but thats better than axxis Ultimates.
Again.....two sets of pads. One cheap set of DD pads for $40 bucks at Advance Auto, and then swap in REAL race pads when your at the track. Its worth it both for saving money, and increased stopping power.
