yes, mostly because there's so little camber to be had that maxing out what you have will at least help a little. you will probably only be able to get 1 degree out of either end of the car. zero the toe on all 4 corners and you'll see much less wear.
i don't think there's any way to adjust caster from the factory. You'll need camber plates, offset bushings, or different control arms for that.
