Madison Motorshow 2011!

Wow, what a weekend. I think (considering the miserable forecast) we had a pretty good turnout yesterday. Lots of people to thank for various reasons:

• David Meyer for being the money man, running registration (with Laura) and helping keep me sane/organized the past week
  
  Cabell for still coordinating the PA and grill when he had to unexpectedly leave town, and for prepping BBQ Ranch the week prior to our arrival
  
  Joey for doing everything related to food and ensuring it ended up where it needed to be
  
  David Lonnquest for helping flyerbomb campus (including President Rose's office... he came) and (especially) organizing the group photo behind the Warsaw parking deck -- those shots to come shortly
  
  Nate for the use of his pickup truck, which is half the size of the dang yellow barricades, and for picking up the grill and other large things the morning of the show
  
  Shane & Samuel for running registration so David & Laura could enjoy the show for a bit
  
  Meg for inadvertently taking on Grill Master duties
  
  Ralph Priebe (Subaru NA) and Scott Powell (BWade Auto World) for organizing a great STi contingent and sweet swag this year
  
  Gerald for donating shirts for raffle prizes
  
  Cody for coordinating with the Red Bull Wings team to get drinks at the show and the party, and getting the BDubs gift cards
  
  Kaan, Adam, Justin, Boobies and everyone else who donated to the after-party funds
  
  Andrew for hosting said after-party
  
  ALL of the alumni for the continued support -- something tells me a "10 Year Plan" wasn't in the works when some guys who liked cars got together way back when

Apologies if I left out anyone who helped make the weekend happen. Everyones' efforts did NOT go un-noticed! Here's to a great ten years, let's have more of the same...
