Well I did quite a lot miata wise this past weekend. A fellow mm'er and I (thanks again Jon) drove to hershey and back and got a passenger fender and door. We then drove back to JMU proceeded to drink until the sun came up and slept for a few hours, then drove all the way back to my home town to get to work. First we installed the radio and got it all wired...

So then we got to taking her apart and getting ready for the door and fender transplant. Here was Jon hard at work on the door panel.

Found this... I was wondering why I had barely any sound on the passenger side, lol.

I forgot to take pictures of the whole thing with it all put together. It looks a lot better though. I need to heat up the bumper and try to reform it as it bows out from the damage to the old fender which is causing honda-esque panel gap which is no bueno. I did pick up some new speakers for it, Polk Audio db651s coaxial's. I scrapped my 6x9 idea that I had. I love these speakers, and I got baffles so they are not firing into open air in the door and will be nice and dry. Started shopping seriously for my top today as well. Thinking I will go with a Robbins and install it myself with the guidance of a friend that has done it before. Thanks for reading!
