I dunno ! I'm too lazy to do the research right now, but my guess is that they could be something like an integrated snorkel ? Maybe for the kind of driving they're doing right there. Maybe another intake, maybe something that provides downforce like a spoiler....I'm not sure. The thing to the right of the painted scoop is probably a camera.
