I would also like to add that the reason track (race) insurance is so expensive is because much of their clientele are privately-owned race teams, and these insurance companies assume that many of these cars will get wrecked. While I sure flog the car, I am in no way at the limit that many "semi-pro" / club racers are at since my best time at SP is still ~3 seconds slower than my T2 comrades.
