Project Frankenbike

I'm assuming you're doing this with the carbs on the bike (taking the bowls off). See if you can find a picture of your carbs with the different jets identified - you may have 2 different "pilot" jets (idle jet and pilot jet), I'm not sure whats in those bikes. But you will need to take the smaller jets and the emulsion tube (thats what the main jet threads into, I'm assuming its removeable - if its not, or its pressed in then leave it for now) out and soak them in a 50/50 simple green/hot water mix for a while, and then blow them out with compressed air (if you have it) or some kind of wire to clear the debris out. Hold them up to a light and make sure they're clear.

Take pictures and post 'em here if you get stuck....

This makes me brainfuzzled, carbs are so weird. I got carb cleaner to flow freely through the emulsion tube at least, but that might not have been good enough. I dont know which are the pilot jets and I certainly didnt remove them, so I probably didn't clean them that well.

I'll take it back out tomorrow and try to figure it out/find a diagram/post pictures and get them cleaned properly. Is that a pretty sure solution for a "no-quick-rev" issue? You seem pretty sure.

Thanks for the help! (Sidenote: I want to touch your CB750 sometime, preferably sooner than later)
