Turbos are pretty hard to rebuild yourself. If it needs rebuilt, send it off, although a new turbo will probably be cheaper. If it doesn't need to be rebuilt, then leave it alone and throw it on the car.
ETA: I have an SVO T3 I'll let go for cheap. No shaft wobble, should be good to go. :-D
