Green is the best offensive Dman the league has seen in the last few years, and if you think that a team that is built upon puck possession and BB's system doesn't need what he brings you clearly don't know what the hell you're talking about.

You know, I think I am committing Capitals heresy, but I think Green needs to go.

I wont be upset if he sticks on the team, he has some value especially in bringing the puck out of the d zone, but I wouldnt mind seeing him traded for someone like Tim Thomas either.
