There will be a maximum of 40 drivers. We will split into two groups that alternate driving and working. We will do that in 30 - 40 minute sessions from 10 AM - 4 PM with a lunch break.

So, if somebody just wants to go one day only, which would you suggest? Saturday, or Sunday?

You'll likely get more seat time on a shorter, simpler course on Saturday. The course will be more challenging and the competition better on Sunday.
