yea its all about power to weight, and crxs are hella light, we got an HF shell just chillin in my friends driveway and you can literally pick up the back end and toss it about 2.5 feet, it's just crazy, but yea, we completely rebuilt the bottom end on a crx si engine and it threw a bearing about 6 weeks later but yea, we completely stripped that crx out...........completely, im not sure if we even left the speedometer in, just had an after market tach chillin. Dash was completely out looked like the car had been stolen hahaha. The only mod he had was a K&N air filter and he was beating si civics. But after it spun another bearing he just opted for a turbo d16z6. But yea d-series swap is DEFINITELY much much much much easier to do than a b-series. We did the d16z6 swap with a cherry picker and a floor jack/car jacks in my friends driveway, that sure was fun. I told my friend about the car show and told him to get his rex up here and he said he might so you guys can check out the stripped out rex makin 215whp, its off and on though sometimes itll run perfect, sometimes itll idle surge, hes getting it all worked out though. Anywho new chappelle on soon, im out.
