a simple drop on the ground may not show signs of trauma, but could be defective. using it is a personal decision though.
with that in mind, it's all up to you on whether you use it or if you give it to someone else to use. i crashed in my current Arai helmet a couple times, but the helmet didn't touch the ground either time - i know this because i remember everything. i choose to still use it.
