For some reason when I looked at it yesterday I thought it said 18k...I wonder if he dropped the price. 13k is I guess realistic, although some of his parts seem to have a lot of miles on them. He's got quite the mixmatch of parts too, I'd personally stick with a more OEMish swap like the one Dave (Acquacow on NASIOC) had in his RSTi and then go from there with bolt on aftermarket parts yourself if you want to go that route.

I don't much about Suby's but I got that same feeling. I personally would prefer to see "Complete engine and harness from 200x STI" replace the first 7 or 8 bullets in the ad.
