Stick with the l28et megasquirt it and get a. 2in? metal headgasket they stopped making them I believe though,gotta get used, then t3\t4 down the road,last I heard l28ets could handle 350whp but maybe my memories fading...if you have the funds do the rb25 or rb26 (option 3) I take it, 240z's w RB are beasts and it keeps with the heritage l24,26,28 were the for runners of the modern RB the earlier skylines had l series in them. Ps I looking for a l28et in the next year or so, they are a pain in the ass to find in good shape cheaply.
