Guys, it's capped off RIGHT NOW and I'm experiencing none of those issues. So I guess it's just a difference of opinion. Some people like to have things "right" even if it costs them some extra time and money. I'd likely have to remove the top of the manifold to replace those hoses. I like to have things functional and simple. I can always fix it later if for some reason I find it's causing problems. The factory did something dumb and I'm unfucking it and saving money. Win-win-win!
