If thats the case then we're going to have to postpone this deal until after christmas. We'll have to make the call here saturday morning depending on what teh weather reports are.

A nor'easter, but they don't know how quickly it's going to move through the area. I read as little a 1-3" or as much as 6-12" but they won't know which for another 24 hours.
